- Private defence: Every person has to right to protect himself or that of another against any offence. Even a stranger has the right to defend the person or property of another. If a police officer is acting without good faith, the right of private defence may be exercised against him.
- Shooting with an unlicensed gun is clearly an offence and a person can not claim that he killed / injured somebody by accident.
